That feeling of lethargy.

That sense of knowing there has to be more, but you don’t have the motivation or energy to find out what that is…

Do you realise how amazing your body and mind are? They are trying to protect you 🥰 These little taps to prevent a full blown breakdown.

These are your little warnings. The little taps to tell you to….

⏰ take some time for you
😴 have a rest
👩‍⚕️ look after yourself & make that appointment
🧘‍♀️ feed your soul
🥗 nourish your body

If we ignore these little warnings enough, guess what happens?? 😱BREAKDOWN 💥

I’m listening to the “tap tap” today. Time for this mumma to take some timeout.

The dishes can wait. So can the washing and the housework. This is my priority because I matter.
