Here are a few sneaky tips to start harnessing the healing power of essential oils:

1. SNIFF

Self-explanatory and easy! This may be enough to help shift focus and help you to feel a bit calmer or perhaps more optimistic.

2. SHOWER POWER

Try adding a few drops of your favorite oil to the floor of your shower or a nice bath once the kids are asleep. Just cover the drain with a cloth or your foot for a couple of minutes, and breathe in the medicinal goodness.

3. SMALL DROPS

Put a couple of drops onto a scarf or cotton pad and take it with you. Some even tuck it into their pockets or your bras. The scent of the oil will help support you throughout the day. Who needs perfume!!!
